EXPERIENCE

We have over 20 years of extensive experience in design, documentation, project management and administration in residential developments and community housing projects. Our experience range from single bespoke residences through to multi-dwelling developments. We have also gained valuable experiences in designing and documenting Passive House buildings.

We work collaboratively with clients, consultants and contractors with the aim of arriving at better designs, better outcomes and better value. Together we can achieve so much more. In our search for better ways of designing buildings, we have found the Passive House principles and performance standard to be far more superior and rigorous than any other methods of achieving highly comfortable and highly energy efficient buildings. We have adopted Passive House principles as our core approach to design and documentation processes as it is based on sound building physics with proven record of accuracy and performance. Our aim is to design high performance buildings for the benefits, health and wellbeing of our clients.
